Reflective Retreat
During this compact 5 day retreat we support your desire to reconnect with your heart's longing for authenticity. Take some distance from your dense diary and treat yourself to time and space for subtle self-exploration.

The program combines horse work with bodywork, artwork and systemic work to address self-developmental concerns and enable experiential learning. This retreat encourages you to approach your growth edge slowly and gently. You will observe the dynamics that shun you from fulfilling your needs, false self-beliefs and emotions that keep you trapped in “adaptive mode”; you will experience the power of presence, congruency, connection & co-creation when you allow these qualities to present themselves to you. During this unique retreat you travel through different layers of self-awareness. The teachings of horses, the captivating country site and lush lifestyle of Tuscany serve as resources for your journey.
Teachings of Horses
Horses teach us about the importance of being true to your self and being connected from within. Horses rely on connection, order and balance for their survival, so this is what we learn from them. They promote presence, co-regulation and integration of split off parts. They will not attempt to “fix” you, but much rather show you the gold to be mined beyond the drama in your life.
